The junta’s military launched an airstrike on Doe Bin Village, Nawnghkio Township, in northern Shan State, killing one person and injuring two others, according to a TNLA statement on August 1.

The junta’s military dropped two 250lb bombs and fired at least 15 rockets into Nawnghkio on July 31.

The junta’s airstrike killed a 32-year-old woman and injured U Khan Pan, 42, and Daw Tin Tin Oo, 68. The attack also damaged eight houses and a vehicle, according to the TNLA statement.

Additionally, on July 30, the junta’s military dropped two bombs from a fighter jet into Ho Kho Village, Nawnghkio.

They also used a drone to drop bombs and fired 10 artillery shells into the village. These attacks injured a woman and destroyed two buildings

According to figures gathered by Shwe Phee Myay, the junta’s artillery and airstrikes killed at least 30 civilians and injured 46 others in northern Shan State from July 1 to 31.

The TNLA has also warned residents to remain vigilant about the junta’s airstrikes and be ready to flee.
