တအာင်းဒေသ နမ့်ဆန်နဲ့ နမ္မတူအစပ်မှာ တည်ရှိတဲ့ အောက်ပန်တောင်းရွာမှာ နေထိုင်တဲ့ အသက် ၃၉ နှစ်အရွယ်ရှိပြီဖြစ်တဲ့ ဒေါ်ခမ်းဆာက သူ့ရဲ့သားသမီးတွေ ကျောင်းမထားနိုင်တဲ့အကြောင်းကို ပြန်ပြောနေတာပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ဒေါ်ခမ်းဆာဟာ အမျိုးသားဖြစ်သူ သေဆုံးပြီးနောက် ကလေး ၃ ယောက်နဲ့အတူ နေထိုင်ပြီး မိသားစု စားဝတ်နေရေး ဖူလုံဖို့အတွက် ဒေါ်ခမ်းဆာတစ်ယောက် ကြိုးစားရုန်းကန်နေရပါတယ်။
သူတို့မိသားစုဟာ နေစရာ ကိုယ်ပိုင်အိမ် မရှိသလို ကိုယ်ပိုင်လက်ဖက်ခြံလည်း မရှိတာကြောင့် သူများရဲ့ ခြံတွေမှာသာ လက်ဖက်အငှားလိုက်ရင်း တစ်နေ့လုပ်မှ တစ်နေ့စားရတဲ့ အခြေအနေ ဖြစ်နေပါတယ်။

Daw Kham Hsar, a 39-year-old resident of Lower Pan Taung village on the border of Namhsan and Namtu Townships in the Ta’ang region, is explaining why she cannot send her children to school.
After her husband’s death, Kham Hsar is struggling alone to provide for her three children, working to meet her family’s basic needs for food and shelter.
With no home or tea plantation of their own, the family works as daily-waged tea leaf pickers on other people’s farms, living a hand-to-mouth existence.
