MNDAA-issued Residence Cards Enable China Border Pass Applications
Residents living in townships controlled by the Myanmar National Democratic Alliance Army (MNDAA) can now apply for Border Pass books to enter China, using residence cards issued by the armed group, according to the residents in Kunlong Township, northern Shan State, to Shwe Phee Myay.
