The junta’s military launched an airstrike on Monglon Town in Kyaukme District, an area controlled by the Ta’ang National Liberation Army (TNLA), killing at least one civilian, injuring five others, and destroying five houses, according to the residents.

At approximately 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, the junta military dropped a 250lb bomb on Palaung Hill in Monglon using a fighter jet, according to a source.

“A bomb was dropped on Palaung Hill. One person was killed, and five people were injured,” the source stated.

Furthermore, around 9 a.m. on Tuesday, the junta launched an airstrike on Mogok, dropping bombs three times. This attack resulted in four deaths and numerous injuries.

After seizing Nawnghkio, junta forces have been preparing to continue offensives on Mogok and Kyaukme. They are also conducting repeated airstrikes on other towns controlled by the TNLA.
